Rhodes island was very famous worldwide for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Medieval Old Town of the City of Rhodes has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.
Rhodes has five unique ports in the City, all of them for different use
Kolona Harbor just opposite of the main entrance of the Old town. The port hosts numerous boats at the inner and superyachts at outer part.
Acandia is the main port of Rhodes, it is located 3km from the City center. Cargo vessels and big Passenger ships are arriving and departing every day during summer time, when there is heavy traffic.
Mandraki port is located in the heart of the island. The moorings on the east side are private and the town quay is reserved for the commercial yachts which leave every day for daily excursions to Symi, Lindos, Anthony Quinn and more.
Tourist port is located near the City center of the island and Old town. Usually in this harbor big Cruise ships are going alongside to allow the passengers to explore the Old town and City Center. Words most luxury megayachts usually moor here.
Rhodes New Marina makes the island a station for both sail and motor yachts. With 380 berths 120m max length and many facilities its considered the hidden gem of Aegean sea.
